How to add a task to the “Arthur” app

This is the step-by-step instructions to log the issue you need help with (maintenance, anti-social behaviour or rent/contract queries):

  1. Open the “Arthur Tenant” app on your phone
  2. Click the “+ Raise Issue” button – bottom centre of the screen (big blue circle with a + sign”
  3. Select the category type – this will allocate your query to the relevant member of the team for quickest response
  4. Add a description of the problem
  5. Make the issue “private” if it relates just to your room – this means housemates won’t see details
  6. Select if it is an emergency (we reserve the right to charge for abuse of this feature)
  7. Upload at least one photograph if it’s relevant – this often helps us resolve the problem more quickly
  8. Click “submit issue”
