This is the step-by-step instructions to log the issue you need help with (maintenance, anti-social behaviour or rent/contract queries):
- Open the “Arthur Tenant” app on your phone
- Click the “+ Raise Issue” button – bottom centre of the screen (big blue circle with a + sign”
- Select the category type – this will allocate your query to the relevant member of the team for quickest response
- Add a description of the problem
- Make the issue “private” if it relates just to your room – this means housemates won’t see details
- Select if it is an emergency (we reserve the right to charge for abuse of this feature)
- Upload at least one photograph if it’s relevant – this often helps us resolve the problem more quickly
- Click “submit issue”
