Please note that since the introduction of the Renter’s Rights Act on 1st May 2026, tenants must provide at least two months’ written notice. By law, the notice should expire at the end of a rental period (e.g., monthly, weekly, or fortnightly) to ensure proper alignment with rent payments however to be pragmatic, we are happy to accept two calendar months notice.
